Hobbycave cannot accept responsibility for injury and/or crash damage or loss of kits, or accessories, parts and materials that occur during the use of any radio-controlled model and control line models.
Care should always be taken when using any Radio Controlled products and control line products.

Crash Damage - Limitation of Responsibility.

Hobbycave cannot accept responsibility for crash damage sustained during the use of a radio-controlled model or control line models.
It is often impossible to determine for certain whether crash damage was the result of a radio system failure or pilot error and parts damage.
Hobbycave cannot accept responsibility for improper installation of our products.
Electrical polarity must be properly observed when attaching electrical components. br> Fuses must be used where indicated, with all electrical components and fuel components. eg. speed controllers, Line break, wrong fuel

Lithium Polymer and NiCd Batteries
Hobbycave cannot be responsible in any way for any injury or injuries and/or property damage occurring from the use of or caused by in any way by Lithium Polymer and NiCd / NiMH battery cells and packs sold by Hobbycave.
